Food Storage Chocolate Cupcakes

I made these last night for our enrichment about food storage. They turned out super moist and yummy!

1 box chocolate pudding (the kind you have to cook)
2 c. evaporated milk
1 box devils food cake
1 c. chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Cook the pudding according to directions substituting the evaporated milk for the real stuff (you don't have to, but it makes it all out of food storage if you do). Then combine pudding with dry cake mix. Add chocolate chips (they will start to melt so work quickly). Scoop into muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and then dust with powdered sugar.
