Several sisters in the ward purchased these buckets of food from Costco about a year ago when they were in the store. They are no longer available in the stores, but I recently found out you can purchase them online from Costco's website for the same price including shipping as they sold them at our local Costco. It is supposed to be a 3 month supply that has a shelf life of 20 years. Perhaps this would be a good investment for your family to add to the food storage you already have.
